Scanning the uses of benchmarking in QA

A first version of a Survey was designed by NAAC in order to reach the generals trends of the Indian System. The survey was then implemented in the framework of WP2.

A huge number of Indian Institutions and official bodies (ministry) assessed the survey as the proper mechanism to collect data to produce a comprehensive report.  Instead, then, of producing a report, a series of meetings (skype, phone, and internal indian meetings) took place and some internal documentation circulated that impacted in the main document of this section of the project. 2.3
